A team in Australia has created a massive Christmas tree made of LEGO, Christmas trees made of LEGO have been built for years, but this one stands out because of its sheer size. Standing at ten meters tall, the tree is the largest LEGO structure in the Southern Hemisphere.
The tree took 1200 hours and half a million bricks to build. A koala and Santa on a surfboard were included for some Australian flair.
The tree is located at the Westfield Sydney shopping centre beneath the Sydney Tower in the heart of Sydney, Australia.
Naturally, it’s become quite the temporary tourist destination with many people sharing pictures online.

Uma equipe Australiana criou uma enorme árvore de Natal feita de LEGO, árvores feitas de LEGO são há muito construídos, mas este destaca-se por causa de seu tamanho. Situando-se em dez metros de altura, a árvore é a maior estrutura de LEGO no Hemisfério Sul.
